Re-Power Communities is a pilot project developed by Junior Achievement Romania
in partnership with Junior Achievement Europe, and with the support of the UniCredit
Foundation, which aims to develop an integrated model to prevent school dropout
and strengthen schools as hubs for local community development.
The project is being carried out at Alexandru Rosetti High School in Vidra, Ilfov
County, and aims to develop and test an intervention model that actively engages
students, teachers, parents, and local authorities. Its core objective is to improve
school attendance while supporting the development of skills relevant to students’
future education and career pathways.
