The case studies in the Agrischool Plus course and the lessons learned through the program can be easily applied to other educational contexts. For example, we covered the case studies alongside the presentation of accounting monographs specific to fields such as viticulture, fish farming, or mushroom cultivation, which made the learning process more relevant and easier to understand. I believe that motivation to learn and familiarity with artificial intelligence are two essential areas, and the program contributes concretely to their development. Through the real-world experience of running mini-companies and applied entrepreneurial educa- tion, teenagers develop autonomy, financial responsibility, and teamwork. My greatest satisfaction comes from watching them discover their calling, gaining the clarity and confidence needed to become the community’s future professionals and entrepreneurs. The Antreprenor Junior project represents an important step in applied entrepreneurship education. What I really love is the radical transformation of the classroom dynamic: from passive observers, students become managers, designers, and strategists who passionately defend their own product. The impact on high school students is profound; beyond understanding the math behind a budget, they overcome their fear of public speaking, learn to handle failure, and gain visible maturity, becoming aware of their own professional potential.
